CITRUS  KEFIR  TONER

Use this invigorating mixture to revitalize your senses & wake up tired skin.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 tbsp. orange peel
1 tbsp. lemon peel
3 tablespoons Water Kefir
4 tablespoons warm water

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients together in clean bottle
2. Allow to sit for an hour, allowing essential oils in peels to extract
3. Apply liberally to face, concentrating on oily/problem areas on face, avoiding eye area
*Due to acidic level, test on small area first. Not recommended on sensitive or easily irritated skin
RECOMMENDED USE: 2-3 times a week

OATMEAL  KEFIR  ACNE  FACE  MASK

Oatmeal has long been known for its soothing properties,
but did you know Kefir works wonders on acne prone skin?
Together they can help acne prone skin.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 cup oatmeal powder
(grind dried oatmeal to a fine powder in food processor)
1 tbsp. Water Kefir (Liquid)
1 egg white
5 drops almond oil or wich hazel

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients together, making a smooth paste
2. Allow to dry on face, creating a hardened mask
3. Wash off with cool water, pat dry
RECOMMENDED USE: Every other day, moisturizing skin & protecting with SPF for effective acne treatment


YOGURT - HONEY  KEFIR  FACE  MASK

This is the perfect mask to soothe tired, dull skin

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 tsp. all natural yogurt (full-fat)
1 tsp. warm honey (warm to create a runny consistency that is easier to apply)
1 tsp. Water Kefir

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Combine yogurt, honey & Water Kefir  (Liquid)
2. Apply liberally on face, avoiding eye area
3. Relax & leave on face for 15 minutes
4. Wash off with warm water & pat dry 
RECOMMENDED USE: 2-3 times a week

KEFIR  FOOT  SOAK

The answer to relax & de-stress tired feet after a long day

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 gallon water
2 cups Water Kefir (Liquid)
10 drops eucalyptus/mint essential oil (or your favorite oil)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Bring water to warm, comfortable temperature, pour into foot bath or tub
2. Add Water Kefir & essential oil
3. Let feet soak & relax for 15 minutes, or until you turn into a prune
RECOMMENDED USE: As needed
